How do I process my return or exchange?

To initiate a return or an exchange, please contact Enervee Customer Support via ca@care.enervee.com or +1 (888) 354-1574 Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST.

You will have 15 days from the day you receive your appliance to initiate a return and can only process an exchange for the same item.

**Please note orders are either partially or fully refunded dependent on the items returned.
