We offset 100% of carbon emissions from shipping products to our customers
Enervee does not control how our retail fulfillment partners deliver their products, so we do the next best thing and offset the emissions caused by those deliveries.
What do we mean by “offsetting carbon emissions”?
A carbon offset broadly refers to a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions – or an increase in carbon storage (e.g., through land restoration or the planting of trees) – that is used to compensate for emissions that occur elsewhere. Our carbon offset provider, South Pole, helps Enervee reduce greenhouse gas emissions by investing in high-quality projects in the global south, where the investment is most needed, to compensate for the remaining emissions we are responsible for.
