When you register with enervee/ca marketplace and create a profile, you will receive emails from us, depending on your search behavior on the platform.
Saved Search Emails
You’ll receive these if you’ve saved a particular search (which you do by clicking the ‘Save Search’ button). Sent weekly, these emails give you updates on up to 10 products in your saved search, including up to the 5 largest price drops, and up to 5 new products that meet your search request.
Favorite Product Emails
You’ll receive these if you’ve marked specific products as your favorite (which you do by clicking on the heart icon next to any product). These emails are sent whenever your favorite product has a price drop of 5% or more with any of the retailers featured on enervee/ca marketplace. As soon as we record a price drop of 5% or more, we’ll email you. We’ll also combine multiple favorite product price drops into a single email alert whenever it’s possible.
Buying Guides
You’ll receive these if you create a profile as a result of saving a search or making a product a favorite. Rather than being specific to your searched products on enervee/ca marketplace, Buying Guides provide tips and insights, category by category and product by product, on energy efficiency, cost savings and features. These guides are sent out a maximum of twice a month (although this may be less if we know you’re already receiving your favorite product and saved search emails).
